On October 24, the study tour delegation continued with a one-day itinerary, visiting Baita Lake and Doushuai Heavenly Palace, bringing the Zhejiang trip to a successful conclusion amid lakes, mountains, and ancient temples.
 This conference was hosted by the Niukan Academy Study Tour Delegation and undertaken by Zhejiang Jinling Refrigeration Engineering Co., Ltd. Experts and scholars from major design institutes and representatives of enterprises gathered together to focus on industry technological innovation achievements and industrial application development trends. They held in-depth exchanges on topics such as efficient cooling, system applications, project implementation, operation and maintenance, and energy-saving renovation, jointly promoting the innovative development of cooling technology toward higher efficiency, greater intelligence, and greener development.

 At the beginning of the meeting, Xue Mei, General Manager of Zhejiang Jinling Refrigeration Engineering Co., Ltd., extended a warm welcome to the attending guests. 02 Visiting the Jierxi Cooling Station
 Zhejiang Jinling Refrigeration Engineering Co., Ltd. is a national high-tech enterprise specializing in the R&D, production, sales, and service of cooling towers and refrigeration equipment, with “Jierxi (JLCT)” as its cooling tower brand. The company has established the “Zhejiang Provincial Cooling Technology Research Institute,” carries out industry-academia-research cooperation with the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology and Xi’an Polytechnic University, has participated in the formulation of multiple national cooling tower standards, owns more than 100 national patents, and its products have obtained multiple certifications including CTI, CCTI, and energy-saving and water-saving certifications.

Through the on-site visit, the delegation gained a close-up understanding of the core technical system of the Jierxi Cooling Station.

Relying on the provincial-level cooling technology enterprise research institute, its variable-flow high-efficiency heat dissipation technology can stably maintain high heat exchange efficiency within the design flow range of 15%–110%, making it suitable for both new construction and renovation of old equipment rooms. It is also combined with a three-tier energy-saving system consisting of permanent-magnet variable-frequency fans, low drift and noise reduction, hydraulic balancing, and intelligent regulation, moving beyond single-equipment thinking to help upgrade the energy efficiency of the entire station.

 Associate Professor Li Zhengwei addressed the industry pain point of gradual faults on the cooling side of air-conditioning systems. He shared the framework of a full-lifecycle health diagnosis method for air-conditioning systems proposed by his team and, combined with actual engineering cases, conducted an in-depth analysis of the identification, diagnosis, and maintenance strategies for common fault modes on the cooling side, providing important theoretical support and practical guidance for the safe and efficient operation of HVAC systems.
 “Discussion on Cooling Design and Selection for Building 1# of a Certain Project in Zhuhai”

 Liu Xinmin combined the actual engineering background of Building 1# of a certain project in Zhuhai to conduct an in-depth discussion on the design and selection of cooling systems. The report provided a detailed analysis of the project’s load characteristics, cooling tower selection parameters, and system configuration schemes, with a focus on the selection strategy and optimization methods of cooling towers under variable-flow conditions. Liu Xinmin pointed out that the selection of cooling towers should not only focus on performance parameters under rated conditions, but also fully consider the actual energy efficiency performance during partial-load operation, providing valuable practical reference for attending guests in cooling system design and selection.

 Li Hao introduced cooling station technology in detail to the audience.  Witnessed by the attending guests, the conference grandly held the plaque unveiling ceremony for the Niukan HVAC Zhejiang Branch and the partner plaque award ceremony for Niukan Network. 05 Enjoying Baita Lake and Exploring Doushuai Heavenly Palace
 On October 24, after the intense and rewarding technical exchanges, the study tour delegation began its one-day itinerary.
 In the morning, everyone went to visit the Baita Lake Scenic Area. In autumn, Baita Lake features a broad expanse of water, with lake and sky reflecting each other, and the lakeside scenery was refreshing and delightful. The guests enjoyed the views along the lake and took photos as souvenirs, chatting and exchanging ideas in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere while experiencing the autumn charm of the Jiangnan water town.
 In the afternoon, the delegation went to Doushuai Heavenly Palace, visiting Longhua Temple and Doushuai Heavenly Palace. Amid the mountains and forests, the ancient temples were serene. Everyone slowed down in a landscape where nature and culture blend, experiencing the quiet atmosphere of the mountain forests and ancient temples, adding a sense of ease and comfort to this Zhejiang trip.
